Monica is a native of North Carolina and a graduate of North Carolina State University. Prior to founding SSI, Monica was a Regional Manager with a fashion retailer and was responsible for 120 stores throughout the Southeast/Midwest. When she is not recruiting top talent, Monica enjoys spending time with her family, riding her horse Suzy and reading/writing poetry.
